Terms and Conditions
To book a workshop:
Please book your workshop using the online booking system on our workshop page. You can also confirm your interest for a workshop via email info@bethmorrisworkshops.co.uk but only payment guarantees a place on a workshop.
Refund Policy for Weekly, Guest and Holiday Workshops:
If you decide to cancel a workshop the payment is non refundable.
We will do our best to fill your place with somebody either on the waiting list, and/or add it back on to our website. We will also try to share to our mailing list and social media (time permitting). If successful, we can then negotiate a refund minus a Β£15 administrative fee.
Alternatively, if youβre unable to attend, we are happy for you to send a friend in your place, just let us know their name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.
In the event we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshops we will let you know as soon as possible. We will happily refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, we cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel costs.
We cannot offer refunds for missed workshops due to holidays or illness. Please chat to Beth if you have an ongoing illness and we can sort something out.
If a tutor is unwell and unable to teach:
All weekly tutors will be covered by another Beth Morris Workshops tutor.
A few more things:
We politely ask that you do not use the work created during workshops for commercial use. These workshops are intended to enhance your skills and are for personal use and satisfaction. For example, if you attend a weekend workshop with a guest tutor, please remember they are sharing their skills with you. But they are their skills/talent as commercial artists. Copying their business ideas or unique skills to do something similar is not respectful.
Beth Morris Workshops take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers. It is important that students and other tutors/visitors are aware of others and their safety.
Beth Morris Workshops cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions.
Beth Morris Workshops cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst visiting the premises.
